If your application isn’t approved, no payment is ever requested from you.

No. The first lesson explains how to open the Amazon Seller Central account that suits your situation, so you don’t need to already have one.

A registered business (Gewerbe) is not required before purchasing the course. However, to benefit from the course as a business owner (even if your business is still in the process of being registered), you agree to provide us with your business registration (Gewerbe) and tax number within a maximum of 3 months from the date your application is accepted.

If you have a Gewerbe within Germany, 19% VAT will be charged according to your tax status. We remit this VAT to the tax office, and you may be able to reclaim it from the tax office if you are eligible to do so based on your tax status.

If your business is based outside Germany, tax treatment will be applied according to the applicable laws.

Note: If you are a resident of Germany and do not submit your business registration (Gewerbe) and tax number within the specified deadline, continued access to the course services may be restricted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Yes. After your purchase is complete and your order is accepted, you’ll receive an official invoice (Rechnung) as a PDF.

The invoice will be issued based on the details you provided during checkout, with VAT applied or not depending on your tax status and the country your business is based in, in accordance with applicable tax law.

This depends on the stage of your order:

• If your order was not accepted and you were not granted access to the course, your order is cancelled and the full amount paid is refunded to you.
• Once your order is accepted and you’re granted access to the course, the course fee is non-refundable, since it is a digital product delivered upon activation, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions (AGB) you agreed to during checkout.
